On The Day Coordination Package
$1500 incl gst
The On the Day package is perfect if you have done the planning yourself and organised the details of your event but need a professional to manage everything on the day on your behalf.
I can give you the gift of time and take away your stress. This package allows you to relax and hand the event over to an expert to deliver with the confidence it will look and feel just as you envisioned. I will liaise with your venue, suppliers, and other key personnel. Most importantly I'll be the point of contact throughout the day, so you don’t have to be!
Communicating with all of your suppliers in the weeks prior is part and parcel to confirm successful logistics and the daunting task of setting up the venue. On the day of your event I will be the first on site to ensure the venue is unlocked and to greet your first supplier. The best part is you don’t even need to be there until the time your guests arrive!
From there I oversee the run sheet to keep your day on track and trouble shoot any issues that may crop up. You can trust me to problem solve and ensure your day runs seamlessly. Your only job is to relax and enjoy every moment of the occasion. After all you have spent months organising this event so why not take the credit for all your planning and let me do the hard work knowing that everything is taken care of.

Hourly Consultations
$60 incl gst
Planning an event can be very exciting, but it can also be very overwhelming, especially if you haven’t done it before. On the Day offers an hourly consultation that can steer you in the right direction or just give you that added support when you need it.

These are all questions I have experience in answering. An hourly consultation allows you to continue to plan your own event or wedding without a full planning service while still getting the benefit of an event planner’s knowledge. Even if you are half way through the planning process and have run out of motivation or are stuck for ideas, I can help!
You can have as many individual consultations as you choose as they are an hourly service. It’s an excellent way to save on budget while getting sound expert advice.

Duty Manager
$60 incl gst per hour
On the Day can provide you with valuable advice when it comes to liquor licensing. This area of the law can be a mine field and one that’s imperative you get right.
I have my Duty Manager's license, so I am qualified to be your onsite Duty Manager. I am also able to advise and assist with any special licenses you may need to apply for.
Any occasion that sells alcohol is legally required to have a Duty Manager onsite for the duration of the event. Some venues may provide this, others may not. It can be a confusing process if you’re unsure what your requirements are to comply with liquor licensing laws. This can be even more tricky if you are planning an event from out of town as each District Licensing Committee has different regulations depending on the Local Alcohol Policy within the region your event takes place.
Even if you do not require the On the Day Coordination Package or any consultations but do need a Duty Manager for your event (which also means an extra pair of hands behind the bar!) this is a separate service I can provide.
