The On the Day Coordination package is perfect if you have done the planning yourself but need a professional to manage the seamless running of the day.
I can give you the gift of time and take away your stress. This package allows you to relax and let an expert deliver your special day with the confidence it will look and feel just as you envisioned and I will be with you every step of the way.
I will carefully curate your run-sheet and liaise with your suppliers to confirm all delivery arrangements so you're not stuck in the middle doing it all. It also includes set up and styling of your reception venue. Most importantly I'll be the point of contact throughout the day, so you don’t have to be!
Your only job is to relax and enjoy every moment of the occasion. After all, you have spent months organising your wedding so why not take the credit for all your planning and let me do the hard work in the background knowing that everything is taken care of!

Hourly Consultations
$80 incl gst
Planning an event can be very exciting, but it can also be very overwhelming, especially if you haven’t done it before. On the Day offers an hourly consultation that can steer you in the right direction or just give you that added support when you need it.

These are all questions I have experience in answering. An hourly consultation allows you to continue to plan on your own without a full planning service while still getting the benefit of an event planner’s knowledge. Even if you are half way through the planning process and have run out of motivation or are stuck for ideas, I can help!
Consultations are an excellent way to save on budget while getting sound expert advice. It's really just like catching up with a girlfriend for coffee who knows the industry inside and out and can guide you through the tricky logistics.

Never written a run-sheet? Don't even know where to start? No problem!!
If you don't need an OTD Coordinator on site but would like a run-sheet so you have peace of mind about the order of the day, then this is perfect for you.
I have experience in all sorts of weddings with all sorts of timings at all sorts of locations.
Run-sheets can be similar for timing but no run-sheet is ever the same and it takes a lot of input from suppliers and vendors to get right. That's where I come in . . .
I will provide you with a template, you just add in your 'must haves' and your preferred timings and I take it from there.
I'll liaise with your vendors to ensure their deliveries, food service, sound checks etc all fit within timeframes and suit everyone involved. Meal service from your caterers around speeches timed perfectly with clearing plates, as well as ensuring your photographer knows exactly when the cake is being cut to get the perfect photo are just some critical points to make for a successful day.
This will all be in your run-sheet. Your go to survival guide to keep everything on track!
And if you do find that you want someone there on the day to just take care of it all. I can do that too!
